We have been employed by Wase Ltd. to develop full building services and sustainability designs for industrial process facility in City Business Park, Easton.

Sustainability and energy analysis for a new build private home in Newton Ferrers, Devon
We are developing designs to refurbish this former industrial building into a community facility to include studio spaces, cafe and office facilities.
We have worked with the Royal Agricultural University to enhance the efficiency and functionality of their existing district heat network. Our comprehensive infrastructure and metering analysis aims to achieve a 30% reduction in energy use compared to previous years.
We have bene working with Calor on their new Avonmouth storage and distribution centre to develop new utility connections, site distribution and sitewide lighting.
Vida have been appointed to provide M&E and sustainability services on various DfE projects across England. Specifically, we have been working on Exeter Maths, Nine Acres, Bay school, Clevedon School, Strode, and Dorset studio.
We worked with Costain’s civil infrastructure team to reconfigure their R&D and office space at WestONE in Worle to enable them to continue to support their clients across rail and highways networks.
Vida are providing M&E design services for an extension to the dining room of the existing listed hotel along side a new pavilion building and large extension on an existing cottage to form a new spa. Due to the location of the site within the Oxford Green Belt, the building services need to be considerate of the natural surroundings as well as the historic existing building.
Vida are providing M&E and sustainability design services for the Brunswick Wharf development which aims to revitalise the waterfront area. The scheme includes a mix of residential and commercial spaces. Additionally, there will be design studios, providing potential for live/work arrangements and a public square with a riverside walk.
We are working on a project in South Wales to build sustainable and affordable homes that meet the needs of the current and future generations within the local communities that they serve.
The new NMITE Skills Hub building aims to create an innovative AI and immersive reality centre, supporting local businesses and individuals in preparing for the future of work. Vida have been appointed to complete the M&E services design for the scheme, with a focus on keeping the skills hub services design adaptable to the needs of the users.
The 19th century tannery, sheepskin, rug and glove manufactory was closed in the 1980s. Since closure, the factories have been abandoned, slipping into dereliction and contributing to Somerset’s worst eyesore. Vida have been appointed to develop full M&E and sustainability designs to revive the buildings with cutting edge and flexible technology.
